Bové Montero y Asociados strengthens the areas of audit and accounting

Bové Montero y Asociados has enhanced the audit and accounting division with the appointment of two new partners, María Teresa Bové and Ilidio César Ferreira, to be integrated in the executive team of the firm formed by José María Bové, managing partner, Secundino Urcera, Josep Serra and Alfredo Sainz.

María Teresa Bové, attached to the accounting area, and Ilidio César Ferreira, whose activity is carried out in the audit area, have extensive experience with international clients, a segment of great importance to Bové Montero y Asociados, whose contribution to the volume of the firm’s business amounts to 80%.

With a Degree in Business Administration from the Abad Oliba University and a Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Barcelona, Maria Teresa Bové has since 1990 held the position of director of the Department of Accounting and Tax Advice at Bové Montero y Asociados.

Ilidio César Ferreira holds a Degree in Business Administration from the ISCTE - Lisbon and a Master in Science (MSc) - Financial Management from the INDEG / ISCTE - Lisbon. He is also “Revisor Oficial de Contas” (Chartered Accountant) in Portugal and Auditor in Spain. Since 2006 he has served as auditor in Bové Montero y Asociados.

Bové Montero y Asociados has a ‘German Desk’ made ​​up of 30 professionals in its four offices in Spain who have extensive experience in German business and economy. The staff of the firm is composed of 65 people distributed in offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Palma de Mallorca.
